- Health and Fitness Coach – Lisa Atkinson
Lisa has been a fitness professional since 1992 and holds a degree in Exercise Physiology and certifications as a Medical Exercise Specialist, Personal Fitness Trainer, and Health/Fitness Coach. Her specialties include post-rehabilitation for back, neck, shoulder and knee pain; arthritis pain management; diabetes management; as well as weight loss and general fitness improvements.

I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2005. I am trained in multiple Modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofacial and Hot Stone Massage...just to name a few. My true passion in life is people. If I have the ability to help people then that's simply what I must do. I have lived and worked in this area my whole life and I couldn't see myself anywhere else.

- Massage Therapist – Larry Tipton
Larry has been practicing massage therapist since 1996. He holds a degree in Exercise Physiology and has pursued continuing education focusing on patient care. Massage therapy works together with your chiropractic care to support your recovery. Come by and get to know Larry, schedule a 30 minute session on the house!

Dr. Cypher is licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine. He completed his undergraduate in biology at Akron University with a minor in Geology. He entered Cleveland Sate for Physical Therapy., however, soon learned the more comprehensive education and care he could provide to people through the science of Chiropractic. He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 1984 from the National University of Health Science in Illinois. Dr. Cypher has completed extensive post graduate education and continues to earn educational credits in the field.
Dr. Cypher has had a private practice since 1985 and has been active in his Church, civic duties, and community youth sports for 20 years. His 4 boys have trained and played hard in many sports: golf, track, tennis, football, baseball, basketball, and soccer. Dr. Cypher has worked with many team members. He has also helped band students with the arduous physical demands due to proper positioning and circumstances such as drum line.
With his advanced training, expertise, and skills, Dr. Cypher is ready to help you and your family. Chiropractic delivered with his experience and drawing on up to date clinical and procedural advances will impact your life. Dr. Cypher loves educating his patients to help you meet your maximum potential so you can have a more comfortable and active lifestyle.
